🌿 Greendale Indoor Space

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to sign any agreement before entering the indoor studio?

Yes. Every client must read and sign the Mandatory Indoor Entry Agreement before entering the indoor area. Without the signed agreement, Greendale will not allow entry into the studio.

2. Why is the agreement mandatory for indoor shoots?

Greendale is furnished with antique, delicate, and valuable décor that requires careful handling. The agreement ensures clients understand their responsibility to move carefully and treat all items with respect.

3. Is CCTV monitoring active inside the indoor studio?

Yes. CCTV cameras operate throughout the indoor venue to ensure safety, transparency, and protection for both clients and Greendale’s property.

4. What happens if furniture or décor is damaged during my shoot?

If any item — major or minor — is broken, damaged, or mishandled by a client or their team, the client is fully responsible for repair or replacement charges. There are no negotiations or exemptions regarding damage fees.

5. What am I agreeing to when I sign the entry form?

By signing, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Your responsibility while using the indoor space
  • Liability for any damages caused
  • That Greendale may deny access without a signed agreement
  • That CCTV is active for mutual safety
